Support Analysts
We are seeking bright, enthusiastic support analysts to join our growing team on our support desk or out in the field. To explain the role, you’ll be:
- Answering support hotline and logging customer support tickets
- Troubleshooting, installing, maintaining and supporting a wide range of IT systems.
- ‘hands-on’ experience in a similar support role is essential
- Ideally you’ll be an MCSE, MCSA or MCP qualified

You’ll be undertaking a challenging and varied role encompassing pre-sales, implementation, post-sales, and skills-transfer training across our current virtualisation portfolio. Briefly the role involves:
- Attending pre-sales and post-sales meetings to discuss clients requirements
- Deliver winning sales and technical presentations to clients and prospects
- Production of concise, accurate and professional documentation

- Deliver knowledge transfer training services to clients
- Develop Intercepts consultancy and training services
You should have at least two years experience in delivering solutions and ideally you’ll have successfully gained working knowledge and show accreditations in at least VMware, or be a Citrix CCEA, MCSE, or have proven networking skills.
