onlınevoice™ is a sophisticated yet straightforward IP telephony system, which operates from the convenience of your PC.


Designed with small to medium sized businesses in mind, onlınevoice™ delivers all the benefits of IP telephony and unified communications, without the need for heavy investment or in-house management.

Not to be confused with traditional hosted IP telephony solutions – which simply replace traditional desktop phones with IP phones – OnlineVoice uses a ‘Softphone’ that runs on your users’ computers. This enables staff to not only manage their desktop phone, but also dial directly from within any software application.

What’s more, incoming calls are announced on-screen, using caller information taken directly from Microsoft Outlook. In this way, onlınevoice™ can also empower home and mobile workers, keeping them connected to the company telephone system irrespective of their place of work.

  • Pickup / Hunt groups, which can be configured to ring in parallel, sequentially, in rotation or randomly

In addition to this, a range of devices are available, including IP desk-phones, DECT phones, SIP phones, USB headsets and handsets.
